Highly rated schools, nationally lauded beaches, and the ever-desirable small town charm bring motivated buyers willing to pay top dollar to own a piece of the island.
The following charts*, obtained from the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors, reflect statistics — including the sold price — of the homes purchased in the Village and the Coronado Cays between December of 2014 and May of 2015.
