On September 29, 2015, Coronado resident Daron Case captured a 20-foot gray whale which made its way through the surf at Silver Strand State Beach. The water clarity was exceptional that day, and the Captain of the Cays made headlines after capturing the ultra-HD footage in 4K on his GoPro camera. Enjoy!
